Sunshine Group

The Sunshine Group is based in Alexandra on Mondays from 10am to 2pm. We also provide a regular support group in Queenstown - please contact us for more information. Both groups are free to attend and are activity based.

The Next Step

The Next Step is an informal and recovery focused support group in Queenstown. Mental health is like physical health. No-one is immune from becoming unwell. But you don’t have to struggle in silence. You can join our friendly and informal group and receive support while you take charge of your own recovery.

• Do you feel that you are living the life on the outside but struggling on the inside?

• Are you trying to deal with issues such as anxiety and depression on your own?

• Do you feel isolated or find it hard to socialise and meet other people?

• Are you receiving support for your mental health but would like to meet other people and take part in activities, events and workshops that boost your recovery?
